At Belle & Elle, you are very important to us and we believe that your business in no one else's. We will not share, sell or trade any of your information with third parties. Your privacy is of upmost importance to us.


Images, drawings, sizes and materials relating to all products displayed on this web site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colour specifications for a particular product may vary depending on your personal computer settings, natural variations in hand made products and materials, dyes etc


All information provided by us at the web site is provided in good faith. We derive the information on our web site from sources which we believe to be accurate and up to date as at the date of publication. We nevertheless reserve the right to update this information at any time. You accept that any information provided by us is general information and is not in the nature of advice.


Belle & Elle reserves the right to cancel any orders and refund your payment in full (laybys excepted) if we are no longer able to supply the goods or if payment has been declined.


We offer PayPal for payment of all purchases. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use; your details can be entered during checkout, allowing you to pay via credit card securely. PayPal does not share your credit card or bank details with us. You can feel safe knowing that your financial information is secure. With PayPal, payment can be made via a banking deposit, a credit card or accumulated PayPal account funds. Please refer to www.paypal.com.au for further information. It is your responsibility to notify your credit card provider if you suspect any unauthorised credit card use


All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).


Personalised items take a minimum of 14 business days (Mon – Fri) to be made plus shipping time. This may be delayed further depending on the package’s destination, and the time of year. Please note that refunds will NOT be given in the case of “change of mind” due to not reading the delivery times on each item.

Due to the custom work involved in personalised items, there are no returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty. Because personalised items are custom made just for you, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges.

Please be sure to thoroughly check all personalisation details. Refunds cannot be given for change of mind, misspelt words or incorrect details being provided.


If you are unhappy with the items you have received from Belle & Elle, please notify us within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All returns must be pre-approved by Belle & Elle prior to sending.

Items need to be returned in their original packaging with tags attached - unworn and unused. If a returned item is deemed to be in anything but in its original condition, the item will be returned to the customer and delivery charged. We recommend that any returns are sent via Registered Post as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced.

If the item is faulty or the description we have advertised misleading or inaccurate, we will gladly refund the purchase price and postage costs. If the return is due to change of mind, Belle & Elle will offer a credit note or exchange to be used on our website.

There are no returns on personalised items unless item is faulty
